T2 3-Week Diet

Today I will be blogging about the T2 3-week diet, which I have started today.  The Do’s are the less legs an animal has the better they are to eat, so fish is the #1 thing to eat.  Chicken is also good to eat; you can have steak and potato.  Salads are allowed with light seasoning and a serving of vegetables  with a meal.  You are only allowed one dose of bread of everyday for example toast in the morning or a sandwich wrap.  You can have coffee only 3 times a week (no sugar or sweeteners).  Tea is good (no sugar or sweeteners) with lemon.  Limit your pasta intake as much as possible. 

The Don’ts are:  candy, sugar, sodas, energy drinks and extra dressing on salads.

Substitute cravings with small doses like trail mix (no chocolate), fruits, vegetables and yogurt.  You want to eat 6 times a day to keep the metabolism up.  Working out at least 3 times a week will help speed up the metabolism.

Remember everything in proportion!!
