Rehab is going well. I have moved from rehab table to doing more rehab my feet. This past week I was able to get more movement by doing some squats. I have been walking with 60% body weight. This will get me into form faster and in addition I will be sprinting soon. I have been working on my extensions and my reflection with my other knee will come with time.
My agenda is to come back 100% in one year. That includes getting comfortable with my knee to where it was in 2010 season. It is a long process since it is my second revision with the injury.
I have been working hard. I just wanted to give my fans a quick update of where I am right now.
