 Keep Working Hard 

Hey everyone welcome to terrelthomas24. Today was a great day, did some rehab inside. I am still working on the fundamentals, trying to figure out my strengths and weaknesses, by slowly adding more to my plate everyday. I am working on being patient and happy with the transitions. Today I did some rehab in the pool; I ran for the first time in the water. Also worked on a lot of other exercises focusing on resistant training which I am very happy with because it is exactly what I need to change up my workout approach. I am very happy with my progress and where I am. I truly appreciate all the support you guys have given me. If you are doing the thirty-day challenge keep on pushing. Day three was really hard for me to keep on top of my workout of abs and pushups. You have got to just push through it. The best approach I have found is to break it down into eight sets of 25 pushups then breaking up the abs accordingly. Whatever you choose just continue to push and I know there will be results in thirty days. Make sure that you plan your day accordingly and make time for the challenge; it does not always have to be at night. Thanks again for everything.
